It is common for victims of abuse from any narcissistic individual to suffer indefinitely from the following Abuse Symptoms:
*Read the following list and score yourself one point for each symptom you’ve experienced as a result of narcissistic abuse.
Complicated/Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. (C-PTSD).
Chronic fatigue, adrenal issues.
Fibromyalgia and immune problems.
Thyroid and reproductive issues.
Severely lowered capacity to experience joy, happiness, inspiration, and creativity.
Agoraphobia.
Diminished ability to trust yourself, life, and others.
Disintegrated self-esteem, self-love, self-belief, self-acceptance, and boundary function.
The trauma of feeling hooked and addicted to the narcissist, with obsessive feelings and thoughts which do not allow you to get the narcissist out of your head.
Dysfunctional coping strategies such as turning to food, cigarettes, alcohol, prescription, or recreational drug addictions.
Feelings of immense loneliness and isolation.
Painful and obsessive thoughts about “what happened and why.”
Issues with control, justice, and trying to make the narcissist accountable.
Excessive fear and mental anguish that feels like “losing your mind”.
Feelings of being forever defiled, contaminated, and unlovable.
Score yourself one point for each symptom you’ve experienced as a result of narcissistic abuse.
The higher your score, the more deeply you are suffering from Narcissistic Abuse Trauma, and the greater the necessity for inner healing and prioritizing your recovery.
