Simple Self-Partnering Exercise Instructions:

When you feel a trigger inside you, whether it comes from something external or erupts from within, purposefully let go, relax your body, allow your chest and heart to open and take deep, slow breaths. 

Then say to yourself,

"I bless and accept this feeling. I know that this is giving me the opportunity to heal something from within to change my life."

Keep your body open and with long, slow breaths, repeating this to yourself as many times as needed to calm down.
