Your Physical and Energetic “No” and “Modified” Contact Assessment: 

I want you to get really clear and journal about why it is time to detox from this toxic person and heal.
For each point, write about:

   1. Narcissists Do Not Operate Like Regular Human Beings
   2. The Narcissist's Self-Serving Agenda
   3. False Promises and Cycles of Abuse
   4. The Illusion of Love
   5. Deficient Personal Responsibility
   6. The Fragile Ego of a Narcissist

Be really honest with yourself. Write the above points, one at a time, in your journal and reflect on:
         How did it manifest in your relationship?
         What has been the cost of this?

In reflection now, can you see the reasons why things have played out the way they have?
